Dr. Arkady Kaplansky — podiatrist in Los Angeles, in private practice since 1994. He treats the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions with an emphasis on wound care, laser and endoscopic techniques, and minimally invasive surgery, and he collaborates with multiple home-health and hospice agencies.
He earned his DPM from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (1992), completed a surgical residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center (1993), and pursued postgraduate training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine focused on office, hospital, and nursing-home care.
Dr. Kaplansky is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and is a California-licensed X-ray supervisor/operator. He has volunteered with the Baja Crippled Children’s Project and served as a clinical and surgical instructor for residency programs at Providence Tarzana Regional Center and Olympia Medical Center.
